“Anna came highly recommended from friends at church, but so did another realtor. I interviewed them both. What set Anna apart was her genuine care for people and listening to my needs and concerns. Shen then created an action plan to sell our home in a timeframe which was most important to us but also a reasonable price. She used the latest technology including 3D dollhouse video and app based appointment scheduling. She gave us ideas on decluttering to showcase our home. This won’t happen often but we only had to show it one day to 6 buyers and had 4 offers! It sold for 10 thousand more than the others realtor wanted to list it for. To me it was perfectly priced by Anna. She always answered my texts in a timely manner. I can not think of anything I would change about my experience with Anna as my realtor. She is extremely professional yet her caring attitude just spills out. Could not have asked for better, she answered any question and even had the termite inspection done while we were out of town on a planned cruise. We felt at ease knowing she was handling everything. Again, nothing but totally pleased with Anna and her team. I have already highly recommended her to everyone I know, just in case they are thinking of moving.”
